Tivoli2moro is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We try to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE CLOSED FROM FRIDAY & JULY UNTIL SUNDAY 16 JULY 2017 FOR OUR WINTER BREAK. ALL DELIVERIES WILL RECOMMENCE ON MONDAY 17 JULY 2017.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) or New Zealand dollars (NZD) and exclude Australian GST or designated currencies and exclude taxes where applicable as of 17 December 2014.
OUR OVER $75 FREE STANDARD AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY OFFER
All orders $75 and over for delivery to addresses in Australia will be sent by Australia Post Standard postage and are free of shipping charge.
Standard Post Shipping times in Australia are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on the delivery of Australia Post to your location.
Express Post (available by special request, please contact us for details) orders within Australia are received within 2-3 business days of payment if the address is within an Express Post region and 4-5 business days if outside.
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY UNDER $75; Shipping is based on weight for all orders under $75 to Australian addresses by standard post. This is calculated before the order is finalised. For example, the average dress is around 400 to 600 grams which is $8 to $11 in shipping. We dispatch all orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday which is usually within 2 business days of an order. Shipping times in Australia are estimated at between 1-7 business days from dispatch depending on the standard delivery of Australia Post to your location.
If you have not received an order within 10 working days, please notify us by email at: email@example.com as soon as possible.
If you're pressed for time and need something urgently, please contact us to let us know and we'll do our best to help you.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post, or our nominated agent when we pay for shipping. Shipping costs when charged are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
NEW ZEALAND AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Tivoli2moro ships goods to NEW ZEALAND only at this current time.
For NEW ZEALAND orders, we charge a flat rate of NZ$28 for orders under 1kg.
All New Zealand deliveries will be sent by Standard International and take approximately 6 to 10 business days. If you have an urgent order and wish to pay for International Express please contact us.
Please be aware of any duties that apply in New Zealand on imported goods, as you will be responsible for their payment.
Any delays in customs due to non-payment of these taxes and duties are beyond our control.

Refund and Returns
We do everything we can to make sure the items on our website are photographed and described accurately, but we also understand that because you can't touch and see the item you may be concerned that you might not be getting exactly what you wanted. We understand this, because we shop online too. We want you to be happy with your purchase and feel comfortable about dealing with us, so we've put together a no hassles, no questions asked, 30 days returns policy.
- If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.
- If your item does not fit, suit or you have changed your mind, we will also be happy to exchange it or refund you through Shopify or Paypal. Please note we are required to refund you through the payment process used to make the purchase.
- We are unable to refund gift certificates.
If for any reason you wish to exchange the item for another, to avoid the possibility of disappointment please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we put aside your choice.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. If it is past 30 days, please contact us by email or phone.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags intact, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, and must still be in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition.
1. Please email email@example.com and include your order number and a description of the items you'd like to return or exchange. This lets us know that your return is on its way and we can also set aside the exchange that you want and provide you an RMA number to include in your return.
2. To return an item:
After you have received a RMA number from us please send it to

And also include the following information:
- Your Order number (appears on the top of the confirmation email) and/or RMA number
- Your name and address
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item size of the replacement item.
We recommend that you send back items using Australia Post with tracking or a similar service that has a tracking ability for parcels, as we can only provide refunds or returns on goods after we receive the items.
All payments are processed through Shopify or PayPal allowing you to choose payment option including your PayPal account or VISA or MASTERCARD or AMEX . We can also send you an invoice from PAYPAL for direct payment to PAYPAL if you like.
